Day Personality
(Section Five—Characters Six and Seven)
Today's "constellation personality" is Pleiades (昂). Calendrical interpretations stress that its negative qualities. The constellation has an aura of family discord, and building projects result in shortened life for young and old. Scary stuff (so put down that hammer, bucko).
The jianchu "personality" is Fullness (滿). Although it is printed in black ink, it's pretty darned good in terms of outlook. Although it is not a good day for menial tasks, it is a splendid one for big events. Book that venue, people (and don't forget the DJ). It's time to party.

a solid day for Setting-up Production (置產), Binding Nets (結網), Patching and Plugging (補塞) holes and caves on your sprawling estate, and Raising Livestock (牧養). I would just like to add that, so long as you are in the business of raising livestock, you really should tend to it every day (not just on "Appropriate" days). Bossie won't be happy if you only do the milking when the character 宜 shows up on the calendar. Remember what the management author Steven Covey used to say: "You can't cram on a farm." Take that "cramming" and stuff it into those caves (on your vast, sprawling estate).

二十四節氣), which
began on Monday, May 21 and runs through Monday, June 4. It is called
Grain Full (小滿). We are in the twenty-first of the seventy-two
five-day
solar micro periods (the 七十二候). It is called Waving Grasses Wither
(靡草死). It began on Saturday, May 26, and runs through Wednesday, May 30.
Fear Your Unlucky Stars
(Bottom of Section Six)
The baleful asterisms (the bottom of section six) are Upper Amputee (上兀), Fire Star (火星), Lunar Repression (月厭), and Three Mournings (三喪). In Lunar World parlance, they're all bad...but Lunar Repression is especially bad.
Miscellaneous Omens and Activities
(Sections Seven and Eight)
Today's miscellaneous omens is White (白). Yup, for the second straight day, it's just that. The miscellaneous activities are Divination (占), Toilet (厠), and Gate (門). Nobody knows what they mean, but I'm pretty sure that you shouldn't be doing divination near the toilet. Get closer to the gate, and you'll probably be o.k.
