Day Personality
Constellation Personality (Section Five—Character Six)
Today's
"constellation personality" is Astride (奎). It is the fifteenth of twenty-eight "lunar mansions" (宿) or "constellations." Traditional calendars state that it looks like a man astride a horse. It is traditionally seen as unlucky, with misfortune flowing from construction projects, digging in general, and family gatherings. Lawsuits and quarrels will follow (in Lunar World).
Jianchu Personality (Section Five—Character Seven)
The jianchu "personality" is Fullness (滿). It is the third of twelve characters in the jianchu cycle. It is printed in black ink, but it's pretty fully good, really. It's a good day for going on journeys, holding weddings, organizing conferences, and generally doing big things. It is not (in Lunar World) a particularly day for menial tasks. Think big; think full.
